How long does Radiesse® last? Results typically last 12–18 months, and in some cases longer — particularly in areas with less movement. Because Radiesse® stimulates collagen in addition to providing direct volume, some degree of improvement may persist beyond the filler itself.

Is Radiesse® reversible? No. Radiesse® is calcium hydroxylapatite-based and cannot be dissolved with an enzyme. There is no reversal agent equivalent to hyaluronidase.
