TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and products provided by Lazuk Esthetics | Dr. Lazuk Cosmetics | Biotics | Nutrition (the "Company"). By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Esthetics Service Policies

To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all clients, we strictly enforce the following policies regarding our professional services.

A. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be processed without penalty.

  • 12 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this window will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

  • Less than 3 Hours Notice: Requests made less than 3 hours before the appointment are considered a late cancellation and will result in a 100% forfeiture of the service fee and loss of the session.

B. No-Show Policy

Failure to notify the clinic and failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment ("No-Show") will result in a 100% charge of the service cost and the loss of that session.

C. Tardiness Policy

We value your time and the time of our other clients.

  • If you arrive late, the remaining allotted time for your scheduled service will be utilized.

  • No additional time or extra sessions will be granted to compensate for tardiness unless we receive notification at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

D. Company Cancellations

In the event that Lazuk Esthetics must cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a new appointment will be scheduled for the client without penalty, subject to availability.

2. Product Sales & Returns (Cosmetics | Biotics | Nutrition)

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations surrounding clinical skincare and nutritional supplements, the following rules apply:

A. Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • Unopened Items: Returns of unused, sealed products are accepted within 14 days of delivery (minus original shipping costs).

  • Sensitivity Guarantee: If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days. We may offer a one-time store credit or exchange, provided no more than 10% of the product has been used.

  • Opened Items: Except for verified sensitivity claims, all opened products or those with broken seals are Final Sale.

B. International Orders (Europe, Asia, Middle East)

  • Final Sale: All international orders are Final Sale and exempt from "change of mind" returns per international hygiene laws (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Duties/Taxes: The recipient is responsible for all local customs fees, VAT, and import taxes. Refused packages will incur a 25% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.

C. Damaged Goods

Damaged or defective products must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
