Because sleeves aren’t always part of the plan.

Arm hair is visible in meetings, at the gym, and in everyday life. Shaving requires constant upkeep. Waxing demands growth. Regrowth is often uneven and obvious.

At Lazuk Esthetics, Candela laser technology targets the follicle directly — reducing density and regrowth gradually over time. Treatment is calibrated for your skin tone, hair thickness, and growth pattern to ensure even coverage and long-term consistency.

This is not rushed. It is structured.

Most clients begin noticing finer, slower regrowth early in the series, with continued reduction across sessions.

Sessions begin at $150.

Consultations are complimentary, with same-day treatment often available.

Is a consultation required? Yes. Sculptra® is not a walk-in treatment. A focused consultation allows for a complete facial assessment, treatment series planning, and realistic expectation-setting — because Sculptra® works differently than anything else we offer, and understanding that difference is what makes the outcome exceptional. This is where your plan is built.

Skin Intelligence - By Dr. Lazuk

How Much Does Sculptra® Cost? And Why This One Requires a Different Conversation Entirely.

Sculptra® is the treatment I recommend when a guest is ready to think about their face differently — not as something to fix, but as a structure to invest in.

Most aesthetic treatments work on the surface or just beneath it. Botox® relaxes the muscles that create lines. JUVÉDERM® fills the space where volume has been lost. Both are valuable. Both are tools I use regularly. But Sculptra® works at a different level entirely. It is a biostimulator — specifically, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — and its job is not to fill anything. Its job is to signal your own fibroblasts to produce new collagen. The volume you gain from Sculptra® is your volume. Built by your body. Which is why it looks the way it does — and why it lasts the way it does.

Results from Sculptra® are not immediate. This is the most important thing I tell every guest who asks about it. You will not leave your first appointment looking different. What you will leave with is a process underway — collagen synthesis that builds gradually over six to eight weeks, with full results visible after your complete treatment series. Most guests require two to three sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart. The patience required is real. So is the payoff.

Sculptra® is also the treatment I think about most often for guests navigating significant facial volume loss — whether from natural aging, rapid weight loss, or the structural changes that accompany GLP-1 medications. When fat compartments deflate faster than the skin, and soft tissue can adapt, the face can look hollow, gaunt, or years older than it did before. Sculptra® addresses that at the structural level, restoring the scaffolding rather than simply filling the space.

On cost: Sculptra® is priced per vial, and the number of vials needed depends on your degree of volume loss, the areas being treated, and your collagen response. It is not the least expensive treatment we offer. It is, however, one of the longest-lasting results that hold for two years or more, are well-documented, and clinically validated. For guests thinking in terms of total cost over time, the math often looks different from what it first appears.

Your consultation is complimentary. That's where the real conversation — and your real plan — begins.

What First-Time Guests Really Ask About Sculptra®.

What is Sculptra® and how does it work? Sculptra® is an FDA-approved injectable biostimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Unlike dermal fillers, it does not add immediate volume. Instead, it stimulates your skin's own collagen production over time, gradually rebuilding facial structure and restoring lost volume from within.

How is Sculptra® different from JUVÉDERM® or other fillers? JUVÉDERM® and similar hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate volume by physically filling an area. Sculptra® works differently — it triggers your body's natural collagen synthesis. The result builds gradually and is made of your own tissue, which is why it looks and feels particularly natural.

How is Sculptra® different from Botox®? Botox® relaxes muscles to soften dynamic lines. Sculptra® rebuilds structural volume lost to aging or weight change. They work on entirely different mechanisms and are frequently used together as part of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation strategy.

When will I see results? Initial results typically begin to appear six to eight weeks after treatment as new collagen develops. Full results are visible after your complete treatment series — usually two to three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. This gradual progression is by design, not a limitation.

How long does Sculptra® last? Clinical studies support results lasting two years or more. Because Sculptra® stimulates your own collagen rather than introducing a foreign material, the longevity is meaningfully greater than most traditional fillers.

How many sessions will I need? Most guests require two to three treatment sessions to achieve optimal results, spaced approximately four to six weeks apart. The exact number depends on your degree of volume loss, facial anatomy, and collagen response — all of which are assessed during your consultation.

Who is a good candidate for Sculptra®? Adults experiencing gradual facial volume loss due to aging, significant weight loss, or structural changes related to GLP-1 medications. Sculptra® is particularly well-suited for guests who want long-lasting, natural-looking results and are comfortable with a gradual treatment timeline.

Is Sculptra® right for me if I've lost weight on GLP-1 medications? Possibly, and it's a conversation worth having. Rapid weight loss can accelerate facial fat loss and collagen depletion in ways that leave the face looking hollow or aged. Sculptra® addresses this at a structural level — restoring the scaffolding beneath the skin rather than simply filling the surface.

Does Sculptra® hurt? The product is mixed with lidocaine and sterile water prior to injection, which makes treatment comfortable for most guests. Some tenderness in the days following treatment is normal.

Is there downtime? Swelling and occasional bruising are common after treatment and typically resolve within a few days. Massage of the treated areas — five times a day for five days following each session — is an important part of the protocol and helps ensure even collagen distribution.

Are there any side effects? The most common side effects are swelling, bruising, tenderness, and redness at injection sites. Small nodules beneath the skin can occasionally develop if post-treatment massage instructions are not followed — which is one reason proper patient education matters. Serious complications are rare with experienced providers.

Can Sculptra® be combined with other treatments? Yes. Sculptra® is frequently combined with JUVÉDERM® for guests who want both immediate correction and long-term collagen rebuilding. It also complements Botox®, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments well. Your consultation will identify the right sequencing for your goals.

Is Sculptra® reversible? No — and this is an important distinction. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra® cannot be dissolved. Because it works by stimulating your own collagen, there is no enzymatic reversal agent. This makes provider experience and proper technique particularly important.

How many vials will I need? Vial count is individualized based on the degree of volume loss, the areas being treated, and your collagen response. A general estimate is discussed during your consultation after a full facial assessment.

Why is a consultation important for Sculptra®? More so than with any other injectable we offer. Sculptra® requires a realistic understanding of the timeline, a structured treatment plan, and proper post-care commitment. The consultation is where we determine whether Sculptra® is the right tool for your goals — and build the plan that gets you there.

Prefer to connect your way? You may reach us by phone, email, online booking, or through our AI Concierge—whichever fits your schedule and preference.

Is a consultation required?

Yes. JUVÉDERM® is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. A focused consultation allows for precise facial assessment, dosage planning, and strategic placement—ensuring natural, balanced results that preserve expression. This is where your outcome is defined.

Your "Lazuk Experience" begins now...

We'll take it from here. Once you submit your information, a member of our team will call you directly — no back-and-forth, no confusion. Just a simple, personal conversation to get everything in place before you arrive.

Prefer to connect on your terms? We're also available by phone, email, online booking, or through our AI Concierge — whichever feels right to you.

Do I need a consultation first? For most services, yes — and here's why that matters. Dr. Lazuk doesn't believe in generic treatment plans. A brief consultation ensures everything is built around you specifically — your goals, your history, your expectations. It's not a formality. It's where your results begin.

What about facials? Facials are the one exception — book directly, no consultation needed.

"Every guest who walks through our doors — or reaches out for the first time — deserves to feel like they've already arrived. I built Lazuk Esthetics around one simple belief: that exceptional care begins long before your first treatment. From this moment forward, you are not a patient, not a client — you are a guest of this practice, and we take that seriously. I look forward to meeting you personally.

— Dr. Irina Lazuk"

What First-Time Guests Really Ask About JUVÉDERM®.

JUVÉDERM Alpharetta, dermal fillers Alpharetta, lip fillers Alpharetta, cheek fillers Alpharetta GA, hyaluronic acid filler Alpharetta, Lazuk Esthetics injectables

What is JUVÉDERM® and how does it work? JUVÉDERM® is a family of FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the skin that attracts and holds moisture. When injected, it restores volume, smooths lines, and enhances contour — with results that feel natural because the material itself is biocompatible.

What areas can JUVÉDERM® treat? Common treatment areas include the cheeks, lips, lip lines, nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, under-eye hollows, chin, and jawline definition. Each area requires a specific product formulation and placement technique.

Will I look overdone or unnatural? Not with an anatomy-guided approach. Our goal is structural balance — restoring what has been lost, not adding volume for its own sake. A well-executed result leaves people wondering why you look refreshed, not what you've had done.

How long does JUVÉDERM® last? Depending on the product and the area treated, results typically last 9–18 months. Voluma in the cheeks often lasts closer to 18–24 months. Lip products generally metabolize faster. Consistent, planned maintenance helps sustain results with less product over time.

Is JUVÉDERM® reversible? Yes. Because JUVÉDERM® is hyaluronic acid-based, it can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if a result needs to be adjusted or reversed. This is one of the reasons hyaluronic acid fillers are considered the standard of care for volume restoration.

Does JUVÉDERM® hurt? Most JUVÉDERM® products contain lidocaine, a local anesthetic, which makes the experience significantly more comfortable than earlier filler formulations. Most guests tolerate treatment very well.

Is there downtime? Mild swelling and occasional bruising are normal, particularly in the lip area, and typically resolve within 3–7 days. Most guests return to normal activities the same day. Avoiding blood thinners, alcohol, and strenuous activity for 24 hours before treatment helps minimize bruising.

How is JUVÉDERM® different from Botox®? Botox® is a neuromodulator — it works by temporarily relaxing muscles to soften dynamic lines caused by expression. JUVÉDERM® is a volumizer — it physically restores lost structure and smooths static lines that are present even at rest. They address different problems and are often used together for a comprehensive, balanced result.

Can JUVÉDERM® be combined with other treatments? Yes, and it often should be. Many guests achieve their best results when JUVÉDERM® is combined with Botox®, skin rejuvenation treatments, or medical-grade skincare. Your consultation will identify what combination, if any, makes sense for your goals.

Who is a good candidate for JUVÉDERM®? Adults experiencing volume loss, deepening folds, lip thinning, or loss of facial definition — who are looking to restore a natural, balanced appearance without surgery.

What should I avoid after treatment? For the first 24–48 hours: avoid intense exercise, excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs), alcohol, and direct pressure on the treated areas. Sleeping with your head slightly elevated the first night can help minimize swelling.

Are there any side effects? Swelling, redness, bruising, and temporary tenderness at injection sites are common and expected. Serious complications are rare when treatment is performed by experienced providers using proper technique and appropriate product selection.

How many syringes will I need? There is no universal answer. Volume needs depend on your anatomy, the areas being treated, and the degree of correction. This is determined during your consultation — not before.

Why is a consultation important? Because JUVÉDERM® is a clinical tool, not a cosmetic product. Proper product selection, placement strategy, and volume planning are what separate a result you love from one you regret. The consultation is not a formality — it is the foundation of your outcome.
