Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Rescheduling / Tardiness Policy – Innate Esthetics Please be advised that cancellations/rescheduling made up to [48 hours] before an appointment will be processed without a penalty. If the client does not notify us at least 3+ hours of an appointment, or is a no-show, the entire fee collected for the service will be forfeited. If the client is late to the scheduled appointment for treatment, the remaining allotted time for the service will be made available. No additional time or sessions will be granted for tardiness without 3 hour notification. Breakdown: Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours = All Good! Cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours BUT more than 3 = 50% fee of service Reschedule less than 3 hours = 100% Fee of Session and Loss of Session No Show = 100% Cost and Loss of Session If Innate Esthetics cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours' notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
