Cancellation Policy

At Lazuk Esthetics, we reserve dedicated clinical time, treatment rooms, equipment, and provider availability exclusively for each scheduled appointment. Consultations are structured to allow for same-day treatment when appropriate. Because many patients choose to proceed with treatment immediately following consultation, additional procedural time and resources are often reserved in anticipation of service. As a result, missed or late-changed appointments directly affect provider scheduling and other patients awaiting availability. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. By booking an appointment with Lazuk Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
